BIHAR VIDHAN SABHA ELECTION 2020 RESULTS OUT

The elections were held in three phases on 28th October 2020, 3rd November 2020 and 7th November 2020. The counting started yesterday on 10th November 2020. It took a longer time than usual because of the increased number in polling booths due to COVID 19.

Seats Won by different Political Parties in Bihar Legislative Council Elections 2020

While Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) emerged as the single largest party having secured 75 seats, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is the second largest party with win over 74 seats.

NDA allies BJP(74) and Janata Dal (United) (JD(U) (43) alogwith Vikashsheel Insaan Party (VIP) (4) and Hindustan Awam Morcha (Secular) (HAM-S) (4), have together crossed the majority mark of 122. By winning 125 seats, NDA is eyes to form the government.
